In this episode I come back with a solo episode and talk a little raw and from the heart about where I have been the past few weeks. Instagram always shows us things are great and wonderful, but it isn't always that way. These last few weeks have been tough, but I explain how support has been key in keeping my head above water. I also mention a book recommendation and starting my new goal of reading one book a month for the rest of the year. This episode had no real direction or planning, just shot straight from the hip. I hope it helps someone listening who may be in a similar mindset.
